Inspect the goods in person or through a trusted representative, verify quantity and quality, confirm the seller’s identity and authority to sell, agree the final price and delivery terms in writing, and use a traceable payment method only after you are satisfied with the transaction.
Do not rely only on photographs, phone conversations or documents sent by an unknown seller. If a deal appears suspicious, stop the transaction.
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, prices, locations and contact details. Misleading or fraudulent listings may be removed.
