The marketplace is intended for lawful agricultural products and related produce. Listings may be rejected or removed if they involve:
- Stolen, fraudulently obtained or unlawfully sourced goods.
- Unsafe, contaminated, adulterated, expired or recalled products.
- Counterfeit products, forged certificates or false quality claims.
- Illegal wildlife products or goods restricted by applicable environmental or trade law.
- Controlled drugs, weapons, hazardous chemicals or other goods outside the agricultural marketplace purpose.
- Goods whose sale, transport or export would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.
ROL Global may request evidence of origin, ownership, quality, certification or regulatory compliance before approving a listing.
