ROL Agri Marketplace is a listing and introduction platform. Unless a listing expressly identifies ROL Global as the seller, products are offered by independent third-party sellers. Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing inspection, quantity, quality, price, delivery and payment terms.
Sellers must have authority to offer the goods, provide accurate descriptions, genuine images, correct prices and contact details, and disclose material information about quality, grade, condition, quantity and location. Misleading, unlawful, unsafe or deceptive listings may be rejected or removed.
Buyers should inspect goods, verify seller identity and authority, confirm quantity and quality, and obtain appropriate transaction documents before payment. Do not send advance payments solely because a listing appears on this marketplace.
Displayed prices and whether an offer is negotiable must be stated clearly. Sellers must not advertise a false price to attract buyers and then demand a materially different undisclosed price.
New listings are subject to admin review. ROL Global may reject, suspend or remove listings that breach marketplace rules or create safety, fraud, legal or reputational concerns.
Users may report listings or submit complaints using the marketplace reporting and complaints pages. ROL Global may request supporting information and may preserve relevant records for review.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Nigerian law. Independent sellers remain responsible for their own representations and transactions.
